We keep data collection to a minimum. This is a small shop for printable coloring pages, and this policy explains everything we collect and why.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by the owner of cozy.pulu.plus ("we", "us"). For questions about this policy or your data, email wyyxdgm@163.com.
2. What we collect
- Order information — when you buy a pack, our merchant of record Waffo Pancake collects and processes your email address (to deliver the files and send the receipt) and your payment details. We never see or store your card number; we receive only your order record (what was bought, when, and the email used).
- Support emails — if you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and resend files if needed.
- Anonymous visit statistics — aggregate page views only (no cookies, no advertising trackers, no individual profiles).
3. How we use and store it
Order data is used only to deliver your purchase, provide support, and keep the records that Waffo Pancake (as merchant of record) must keep for accounting and tax purposes. Support emails are kept while they're useful and then deleted. We don't build profiles, and we don't use your data for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. The only third parties involved are:
- Waffo Pancake — our merchant of record, which processes payments, collects sales tax, and sends order emails on our behalf;
- Payment networks — your card issuer or payment provider, to complete the payment you initiated.
We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what data we hold about you;
- correct or delete your data (including removing your email from our records);
- get a copy of your order record.
Email wyyxdgm@163.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority; if you're elsewhere, equivalent local rights apply where the law provides them.
