Digital goods — all sales final, with one safety net

Our products are digital files delivered instantly at purchase. Once downloaded, they can't be "returned" — so we can't offer refunds on the standard "change your mind" basis.

We will refund you

• If the file is defective (won't open, won't print correctly) and we can't fix it for you, or
• If you were charged twice by mistake, or
• If you never received the download link after payment.

Just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
