1. Who we are

Printable Cozy Coloring Pages ("we", "us") is an independent online shop operated by the owner of cozy.pulu.plus, selling printable coloring page packs as digital downloads. Orders and payments on this site are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, which handles checkout, payment collection, and sales tax on our behalf.

2. What we sell

We sell themed sets of bold-and-easy coloring pages for adults, delivered as printable PDF files (US Letter). Each pack contains 22 original illustrations designed for stress-relief coloring at home. Files are delivered digitally immediately after purchase — nothing is shipped. One illustrated sample page is available free of charge on the Free Sample page so you can try before you buy.

All artwork is created with the help of AI image-generation tools and curated and prepared by us. All illustrations are original works made for this shop.

3. Pricing and billing

Each coloring pack is a one-time purchase of US$7.99 — there are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, no recurring charges. Prices are shown before checkout; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Waffo Pancake at checkout. The free sample costs US$0.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake (our merchant of record); we never see or store your card details. After payment you receive your download by email and on the order confirmation page. If a download doesn't arrive, contact us with the email you paid with and we'll resend it.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded. Before buying, you can judge the exact style and quality with the free sample page. That said, we will refund you in full if:

If you haven't downloaded the files yet, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Requests after downloading are handled case by case — just email us, we're reasonable. See also our Refund Policy.

6. License and acceptable use

Each purchase grants a personal-use license as described on the License page: you may print and color the pages for yourself, your family, or a classroom/group you personally run. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the files or their contents. The free sample is subject to the same license.

7. Disclaimers

The site and all coloring pages are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Consumers in the EU/UK and other jurisdictions keep their mandatory statutory rights, which these terms do not limit.

8. Breach and suspension

We may refuse service, cancel an order, or suspend access to the site or to purchased downloads if you materially breach these terms — for example by reselling or redistributing the files, attempting to circumvent payment, or abusing the site. Where practical we'll contact you first; refunds for canceled orders are handled under section 5. We may also report activity that appears unlawful to the relevant authorities.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your country of residence mandatorily applies. Disputes will first be addressed by contacting us at wyyxdgm@163.com; we aim to resolve every issue informally.
